Shipping

Sun Drunk ships to addresses within the United State only for now. 
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Please note that we are unable to accept international billing addresses or P.O. box billing addresses at this time.

Shipment processing time:
All stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please note, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in the order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and size of the package. If you purchase $100 or more, we are offering you the Economy shipping service (7-10 business days)!

We offer 2 shipping services for all domestic shipments:

  • USPS Parcel Ground shipping (7-10 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2-3 business days)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The customer will be responsible for shipping the unopened/unused items back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges of our beauty products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages or incorrect items
Defective or incorrect items must be reported to support@sundrunkworld.com within 24-48 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. Please include a photo of the damaged item along with your order # in the email. If not reported within the time frame, you may not receive a replacement or refund.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@sundrunkworld.com.

Third Party Retailer Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
If you are unhappy with a product purchased at one of our awesome retailers, you must return the item to their store for exchange or replacement. Please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase.
